Terms of use
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Taajr. By using the platform, you agree to them.
Your account and store
You need a valid email to open an account. You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account. Your store and its link are yours, and you can ask to transfer or delete them.
Plans and limits
There are three plans. Free covers 30 orders a month, Starter 300, and Pro is unlimited. Products are unlimited on every plan — the limit is on orders, not on your catalogue. When you pass your plan's limit we tell you in the dashboard so you can upgrade.
Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are paid by manual bank transfer and activate once the transfer is confirmed. Billing runs every three months. The Sudanese pound price holds until the date published on the pricing page, and any change is announced before it takes effect — we never re-price silently.
Your responsibilities as a merchant
You are responsible for what you sell: that it is legal, that prices and descriptions are accurate, and that you fulfil orders and handle returns and complaints. The sale is an agreement between you and your customer; Taajr is not a party to it.
What is not allowed
Selling anything unlawful, impersonating someone else, uploading content you do not have the rights to, or using the platform for fraud or technical abuse.
Suspension
If these terms are clearly broken, we may suspend the store. We will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right, except where the issue directly harms customers or the platform.
Changes to the service
We develop the platform continuously. If we change something that affects your work or these terms, we will tell you with reasonable notice.
Limits of liability
We do our part to keep the platform running and stable, but we cannot guarantee it never goes down. Our liability is limited to the subscription you have paid, and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Contact
Any question about these terms, reach us on WhatsApp or by email from the support page.
This is a first draft, written in plain language to describe what the platform actually does. It should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
